Scott Alswang
Served for 20 years in the United States Secret Service. He retired as the assistant to the special agent in charge of the New York office of the United States Secret Service.
He has protected every U.S. President from Ronald Reagan to George W. Bush and conducted protective advances for almost every major foreign head of state that visited the United States of America.
He has a BS in Public Safety Administration and completed a MA in Criminal Justice.

Rebekah Rooley
Becky manages and reports to shareholders on QSecure business performance, establishing governance for the Board and wider operation of the company. She oversees the quality management processes for customer relationship management and joint working with the 14 sister companies in the Quintessentially group. Becky works with the legal and business development team, to set up franchises and establishes joint venture agreements worldwide.
Becky has a high level public sector background with her most recent role as Head of Board & Executive Services for Natural England, a UK Government Agency in which she was a strategic advisor to both the Chairperson and the CEO. She was accountable for key corporate governance functions. She established and managed a high performing team through a period of restructure and ongoing organisational change.
Becky has a First Class Honours BSc Degree from Edinburgh University.
Lewis C. Shealy
Expansive expertise in the security, loss prevention and asset protection arena. His forward thinking, innovative techniques, vision for the future and leadership has set the stage for many break-through ideas and solutions over his career. Mr. Shealy served for more than 20 years in the United States Air Force, as an OSI (Office of Special Investigations) agent with assignments as Chief Liaison for OSI to the FBI and CIA headquarters, in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Shealy was also one of the very few people to receive the award of gold cufflinks with the fingerprints of his right and left index fingers from Mr. J. Edgar Hoover for his exceptional service to the bureau.

He is an expert in the development of management teams, the execution of business plans and the development and training of the people that execute those strategies.

Martin C. Walker
His primary responsibility is the technology development and delivery of a Quintessentially Secure Corporate partner - Information Defense, as CTO - Chief Technology Advisor.
Martin has over 20 years experience in Information Technology. His primary focus over the last 13 years has been Information Security practices. Martin’s expertise includes incident response, forensics, security design, implementation and management, as well as security program development including policy, process, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati. Along with many product-specific certifications, Martin is a GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

Dr. Maurizio Miglietta
A Trauma and Critical Care Surgeon currently serving as the Chief of the Division of Acute Care Surgery and Director of Trauma and Emergency Surgery at a major US Hospital. Immediately prior, he served as Chief of Trauma and Critical Care at the renowned and historic Bellevue Hospital / New York University School of Medicine. He is board-certified in both Surgery and Critical Care.
He provides medical support for the United States Secret Service – New York Field Office and is an Honorary Police Surgeon for the New York City Police Department.
He has been responsible for the medical operations (Dignitary Medical Protection, personnel, disaster medical logistics) for the United States Secret Service and Department of State - Diplomatic Security Service during the annual United Nations General Assembly in New York City.
He has trained various federal agencies (U.S. Secret Service, Drug Enforcement Agency, Diplomatic Security Service, Defense Intelligence Agency, NYPD Intelligence Division, NYPD Sniper Division) on emergency and disaster scenarios.

Karl Duenzl
A qualified tactical medic with NYPD's Emergency Services unit. Before joining the NYPD, K was an EMT-B in the NYC 911 system. Now a seventeen year veteran of the NYPD, he has served with the Emergency Service Unit for the past 10 years.
An instructor for the NYPD ESU Specialized Training School. He has operated on countless tactical operations and dignitary protection details.
A member of the DHS/ FEMA NYTF-1 Urban Search and Rescue Task Force and has responded to several disasters (both man-made and natural). He has worked in the private sector providing protective services to business executives and celebrities.
His credentials include being an instructor with the SureFire Institute teaching firearms and low-light tactics, Haz-Mat Technician, ACLS, PALS, BCLS, AHLS, PHTLS, EMT-T and Emergency Psychological Technician as well as several instructor ratings in various rescue methodologies.

Jonathan Mitchell
Mr Mitchell is the Managing Partner in the Global Private Equity and Investment Boutique Pacific Capital Partners, which makes investments in companies where it can add strategic value and capital to accelerate corporate growth and also services the divestiture and acquisition of companies for other funds.
Mr Mitchell also currently serves as a Managing Director of US investment fund Chanticleer holdings, an activist investor in value-based opportunities that are either privately held, small or micro-cap publicly-traded companies.
Previously, Mr. Mitchell managed the global special situation hedge fund Cullen equities based in London, leading a team of traders and analysts both in London and Auckland including a team at its partners Fortis Investment Management. Cullen’s goal was long-term capital appreciation through special situations, momentum trading, fundamental and event driven investing with a result of an annualised ROI of 25% during his mandate. Mr. Mitchell targeted investments with fundamental, technical and momentum characteristics.
Preceding this Mr. Mitchell was a product of the JP Morgan graduate program working across international markets, initially in interest rate derivatives and finally culminating in a position in equity derivatives.

Chris Gorman OBE
Chris Gorman has been a leading light in both retail and technology businesses over the past 10 years, and is one of the UK's most respected and knowledgeable business visionaries. He is a Director of Quintessentially Secure.
His award winning track record includes the monumental rise of mobile phone retailer, DX Communications, which sold it’s 140 stores to BT Cellnet for £42 million in 1998; and Reality Group, an internet services company, sold in 2000 after just 14 months of trading to GUS for £35million.
Chris now actively invests and is involved in several businesses maximizing his strategic visioning and business development expertise. Epitomizing serial entrepreneurship, Chris is widely recognized for his sharp commercial focus and is in much demand for his advice and comment, supporting schools, universities and business forums on the subject of entrepreneurialism and motivation.
Paul Drummond
Paul Drummond is a co-founder of Quintessentially and is a Director of Quintessentially Secure. Having attended Oxford University, where he graduated in law, he qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and worked for Norton Rose from 1997 to 2000, specialising in private company and commercial law.
In the early years of Quintessentially, Paul was responsible for the implementation of all of Quintessentially’s initial critical operational systems and the growth of the Member Assistance team. He was then based in Dubai for three years where, as Head of Quintessentially's Middle East and North Africa operations (a position he still holds), he facilitated expansion into Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco.
Paul is responsible for all significant commercial matters relating to the Quintessentially Group and was recently appointed as Chief Executive Officer of MENA - Middle East North Africa for Quintessentially.
Aaron Simpson
Aaron Simpson is a co-founder of Quintessentially and is a Director of Quintessentially Secure. Having graduated from Oxford University, Aaron enjoyed an illustrious career in film production, initially working for Scala and Rocket Pictures and then establishing his own production company, Flashlight Films.
Aaron is an instrumental figure in the Quintessentially Foundation, an organisation dedicated to supporting charities around the globe. His strong entrepreneurial edge has been the driving force in establishing Quintessentially as a truly global, influential British brand.
Ben Elliot
Ben Elliot is a co-founder of Quintessentially and is a Director of Quintessentially Secure. Prior to the launch of Quintessentially in 2000, Ben co-founded several other companies including K-Bar Plc, a prestigious group of bars and nightclubs, along with stylish clubs Rock and Kabaret.
Ben works tirelessly with Quintessentially to raise funds for charities around the world including UNICEF, the AIDS charity AmfAR, and The Soil Association. His prestigious global network, creative flair and commitment to excellence have allowed him to be at the forefront of global trends in the luxury market.
Ben graduated with a BSc in Politics and Economics from the University of Bristol.
